Once the itinerary is finalized, we’ll collect your trip deposit and begin preparing all travel arrangements. Ideally, we begin planning 6–8 months in advance, though some destinations and peak seasons benefit from starting even earlier. Early planning allows us to secure the most desirable rooms, best accommodations, and special experiences the moment they become available.
With our Custom Trip Planning Package, we handle all major bookings — accommodations, transportation, activities, dining — leaving you free to simply enjoy.

To begin, the Trip Design Fee is collected to reserve your planning time and allow us to start crafting your itinerary. Once your proposal is approved, a deposit is required to secure all reservations. Deposit amounts vary by property and travel partner, though they are often around 30% of the total.
Your final balance is due approximately 30–60 days before travel, depending on the destination and supplier terms. All payment schedules and change policies will be clearly communicated before we confirm any arrangements.
Q. When is payment required, and what's the policy for changes?
Because many of our hotel and experience partners offer confidential contracted rates, they are not permitted to release line-by-line pricing — even to us. For this reason, proposals are typically presented as a package total rather than itemized line items.
We understand transparency is important. Before we begin designing your trip, we’ll discuss your budget, priorities, and comfort range in detail. Your proposal will be thoughtfully curated to stay within your preferred spend, with optional unique enhancements highlighted if we believe they may elevate your experience.

Yes — we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. It provides protection in the event of unexpected changes or emergencies, and helps safeguard your travel investment, health, and belongings. So, we highly encourage you to make this investment. We can recommend reputable insurance providers offering comprehensive coverage — including cancellation, interruption, medical assistance, and baggage protection — or you’re welcome to source a policy on your own.

Absolutely. We work with vetted villa partners and exclusive property networks to source exceptional private homes that align with your style, needs, and destination. These properties are professionally managed and offer reliable service, hospitality, and elevated comfort. For this reason, we do not book Airbnb or VRBO properties, as we cannot guarantee the level of quality and ensure the experience meets our standards.
