Our hotel consultation service includes up to two curated property recommendations and exclusive room rates tailored to your travel style. Once you’ve chosen your favorite, we’ll confirm the booking and secure the VIP treatment throughout your stay.

For cruise reservations that do not require itinerary research or trip design, our services are complimentary. If we’re a great fit to work together, you’ll submit payment for our Trip Planning Fee, which covers the time, research, and expertise devoted to creating your custom itinerary. Once confirmed, we’ll collaborate with our exceptional network of partners across Europe and beyond to design a bespoke itinerary tailored entirely to your travel style and desires—so you can sit back, relax, and look forward to what’s ahead.

A few weeks later, you’ll receive your custom itinerary—a thoughtful design that brings your travel wishlist to life. After reviewing it, we’ll discuss your feedback and refine every detail until it feels just right. Once finalized, we’ll secure your deposit and stay in touch right up to departure, sharing tailored guidance, insider tips, and an easy-to-use app to keep your itinerary and travel documents at your fingertips.
