Q. When is payment required? what's the policy for changes?
Payment requirements vary by property. Some hotels may require a deposit at the time of booking, while others collect payment closer to your arrival. We will outline and clearly communicate all hotel payment schedules, cancellation timelines, and change policies in advance so you have complete clarity before any reservation is confirmed.
Q. Can you also help with restaurant bookings, local experiences, and transportation Arrangements?
Our Hotel-Only Service focuses on accommodations. However, if you’d like additional support, we offer two optional enhancements:
Transit Recommendations — $100
We’ll outline the best ways to travel between each destination (planes, trains, ferries, or private drivers) and provide guidance on how to book.
Booking Assistance — $200
For restaurant reservations, guided tours, activities, and transportation bookings, we’re happy to step in and coordinate on your behalf.
Q. Do you recommend travel insurance?
Yes — we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. It provides protection in the event of unexpected changes or emergencies, and helps safeguard your travel investment, health, and belongings. We can recommend reputable insurance providers offering comprehensive coverage — including cancellation, interruption, medical assistance, and baggage protection — or you’re welcome to source a policy on your own.
