Italy Honeymoon – Lake Como, Tuscany & The Amalfi Coast

Client Brief: An engaged couple with a busy lifestyle looking to honeymoon in Italy right after the wedding (October), and wants a blend of relaxation, breathtaking scenery, and special experiences. They wanted a travel advisor to take the stress of honeymoon planning off their plate so they could focus on wedding planning. They inquired about splitting their time equally between Lake Como, Tuscany, and the Amalfi Coast for seamless transportation between destinations. Happy to rent a car in Tuscany and use the high-speed train between larger cities. A private boat tour around Capri, a truffle hunting experience in Tuscany, winery tours, and restaurant recommendations.
What We Planned: This two-week honeymoon began with an airport meet and greet before being whisked to their beautiful lakefront hotel on Lake Como. After a relaxing stay in Varenna, they arrived at a gorgeous luxury hotel property in Chianti, which was once an ancient borgo. The property was a perfect blend of refined exclusivity and Tuscan charm, and it had an onsite winery, panoramic pool, and romantic dining experiences. During their stay in Tuscany, we organized a half-day truffle hunting experience and winery tour. Free days spent relaxing and visiting a nearby castle.
Next, their honeymoon continued with a high-speed train journey to Naples and a private transfer to their Amalfi Coast hotel. The hotel we selected had a panoramic view overlooking Positano, a rooftop pool, and an exceptional staff that made sure our couple had the most wonderful experience. On the Amalfi Coast, they enjoyed a private boat tour around Capri, a romantic cliffside dinner overlooking the coast, a beach day in Positano and Praiano, and a seamless departure transfer to Naples International Airport.

Client Brief: Busy family of five (kids ages range from 12-14) who wants to experience the must-see sights while keeping the trip engaging and enjoyable for the whole family. Private tours tailored to their interests, private transfer for a hassle-free arrival, foodie recommendations that are family-friendly, and seamless logistics to minimize stress.
What We Planned: They kicked-off their family adventure in Rome with a mesmerizing private golf cart tour, which included pick-up from their accommodation. We also organized family-friendly tours for the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Vatican Museums. Additionally, the entire family loves great food, so we make sure to add a wealth of fantastic restaurants to their trip app, organized by neighborhood.
Next, their adventure continued with a high-speed train journey to Venice. In Venice, they enjoyed a private food and sightseeing tour, a gondola ride, and a free day for exploring and shopping. We ensured a seamless departure with a boat transfer to VCE Airport.

Mother-Daughter Trip to France: Paris, Mont Saint-Michel, and Giverny

Client Brief: A mother and daughter looking to return to France to celebrate their (shared) birthdays. They want to explore Paris, Normandy, and Monet's Gardens. They prefer luxury boutique accommodations that are centrally located to explore at their own pace. They want a travel advisor to help craft their itinerary, select the best modes of transportation for stress-free journeys, and help with sightseeing and dining recommendations from an advisor who knows Paris well.
What We Planned: We loved crafting this itinerary, and it started with a few nights in Paris near one of their favorite destinations from a previous trip to Paris - Place Vendôme. We arranged a gorgeous boutique hotel overlooking Opéra-Comique that delivered exceptional service throughout their stay. From their location in Paris's Second Arrondissement, all the beautiful sites they wanted to visit in the 1st, 8th, and 6th Arrondissements were within walking distance. We also added all of our Paris recommendations to their client trip app, so they always had all of our insider knowledge available throughout the trip.
Next, their journey took them to a stunning castle hotel near the Mont Saint-Michel Bay. They spent two days enjoying the amenities and offers at the castle hotel and exploring Mont Saint-Michel. On their way back to Paris, we arranged a self-guided visit to Claude Monet's Garden at Giverny.
Following, we concluded their trip with two nights in the 6th Arrondissement of Paris at a fantastic five-star hotel with an exceptional location in the heart of Saint-Germain. This area is a favorite for experiencing the cultural side of Paris, fascinating historical sites, and renowned shopping.

Client Brief: A busy artist traveling solo wants her first trip to Italy professionally planned but enjoys days with room for unplanned exploration. She's happy to utilize the high-speed trains for travel between cities and wants personalized recommendations to utilize while she's in destination. Prefers boutique hotels centrally located to explore on foot and requested a small group tour experience of the medieval villages and a vineyard in Tuscany. She also wanted to spend a night by the sea and see the colorful villages along Italy's coast.
What We Planned: This solo adventure began with two days exploring the Eternal City. She loved her centrally located bed-and-breakfast in the lively Trastevere neighborhood and enjoyed walking to Rome's must-see sites. We arranged her train journey to Florence, where she spent four days soaking in the magic of the "Capital of Artists." We organized a tour of one of our favorite wineries, Tenuta Torciano, and the tour included time to explore the small walled medieval hill town of San Gimignano.
Next, we arranged for her to take a train to Cinque Terre so she could experience the famous, colorful villages of the Italian Riviera. Since you can reach the villages of the Cinque Terre by train alone, it was an easy transition from city to coast. She stayed in a bed-and-breakfast with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea, and sitting overlooking the view was one of the highlights. Since her itinerary required a lot of train journeys, we kept all of her transportation details organized in her trip app so she always had important information she needed readily on hand.
